Pecorino Sardo Asfodelo è un formaggio a pasta cruda prodotto con latte ovino intero ottenuto da pecore allevate nei verdi pascoli della Sardegna. Esteriormente è di colore marrone scuro. Raggiunge la giusta maturazione tra i 120/150 giorni, presentandosi con pasta compatta bianca dal gusto gradevolmente piccante.
